Certificates will be issued after participants have fulfilled all training requirements, such as completing the material, completing quizzes or evaluations, meeting attendance limits, and fulfilling the provisions applicable to each program.

Ensure all training requirements have been completed. If the certificate is not available after the specified issuance time, please contact the administrator.

Quiz retake requirements depend on each course's rules. Some classes allow multiple attempts, while others only allow one.
